The Challenge:
As a Project Manager, it was necessary to communicate and understand each client's desired service  such as translation, localization, market research solutions, multicultural marketing, etc. in their desired language and tone.

The Action:

Evaluated the needs of the client  in order to perform an analysis on the project to determine the cultural background and specific tone that best represents the client. This process allows for the better curation and selection of the best suited professional translation vendors in the company's wide-range network. Executed over 10 projects (worth $200,000) including major clients such as Facebook, Blizzard, and CAT as well as addressed issues from vendors regarding accounts payable in accordance to company policies and regulations.

The Result:

Obtained valuable multi-project management organization skills as well as market research knowledge through the handling of the projects. Maintained high client retention rates as well as satisfaction from clients and vendors through the quick and timely execution of projects and invoices.
