The Challenge:
As a Legal Analyst, it was necessary to communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns regarding immigration, real estate, and litigation cases. Despite cases requiring similar or same procedures, each case was unique to the different challenges of the client.

The Action:

Performed legal research, identified appropriate laws, and organized information and other materials for cases. Organized, wrote, and prepared all H1B specialty occupation visas as well as corresponded to any Request for Evidence notices by the USCIS from beginning to end. Completed real estate transactions from beginning to end, including attorney review, negotiations, and communication with clients and attorneys to successfully close with major title companies such as First American. Compliance audits were also performed in order to meet the requirements of the IRS.

The Result:

Gained valuable legal knowledge as well as case management organization skills. Achieved 100% approvals out of over 100 cases for H1B Specialty Occupation Visas, successfully closed over 50 real estate transactions, and managed over $1,500,000 of finances in the Attorney Trust Account for 2019.
