Content Audit - MyPath

The Challenge:
Tasked with the objective to redesign MyPath's website in order to effectively communicate and engage their current potential funders, as well as local and national partners. In order to do this, a content audit was necessary.

The Action:

​Performed a content audit and a deep analysis of MyPath's current website and offerings in order to develop brand tone and brand voice (with brand deck) as well construct user personas that best fit the organization's audience (funders). Developed three essential key insights to help shape and guide the company's website redevelopment and future content.

The Result:

Obtained valuable information and data to brainstorm and develop improvements towards the goal of redesigning MyPath's website. The research conducted also contributed to knowing what type of content the organization should be producing in order to effectively reach their target audience.
